Welcome to the secound run in our 3-part series of trail runs for beginners.

These sessions are being offered for free in collaboration with The Ridgeway, as part of wider series of events to mark the 50th anniversay of the National Trail.

Together we will complete a 6.5km (4 mile) route on the trails surrounding Whiteleaf Nature Reserve in Princes Risborough.

The route will be led at a run/walk pace, with a focus on completing the route at a speed comfortable for all.
